Works with your software

We work inside the tools you already use.

No new system for your inspectors. Below is exactly how we interact with each tool, based on what each vendor publicly documents. Where a direct connection is not documented, we say so.

Connects through a published connectionWorks through a login you give usWorks from your exported reports and email

Every tool also works from exported reports and email. We start with the least access that does the job.

ServiceTrade

Connects through a published connection

ServiceTrade publishes a developer interface for jobs and quotes, but any outside application must pass ServiceTrade's partner review first. Until that is in place, we work through a limited office user you create for us, or from forwarded reports.

Partner review required before a direct connection.

Inspect Point

Connects through a published connection

Inspect Point lets you create a connection key yourself under Settings, Integrations, with an optional expiry date. With that key we can read reports and help with proposals. You can delete the key anytime. A limited user login also works.

You create and control the key.

BuildOps

Works through a login you give us

BuildOps' developer documentation is invitation only and its terms require BuildOps' written approval for outside commercial applications. So we work through a limited user login you set up, or from reports you export.

No direct connection claimed.

Uptick

Works through a login you give us

Uptick uses permission groups, so you can give us a user with only the access we need. Uptick mentions a developer interface, but we have not found public documentation, so we do not rely on it.

Direct connection not confirmed.

ServiceTitan

Connects through a published connection

ServiceTitan offers a developer interface where your administrator approves an application and chooses exactly which areas it can reach. Your administrator can remove that access in Settings. A limited user login is the alternative.

Your administrator approves the scope.

Sera

Works through a login you give us

Sera can send events such as "quote accepted" or "job status updated" through Zapier using a key from your Marketplace settings. We use those notices to know when to act, and a limited login to create quotes and appointments.

Event notices plus a login.

FieldHub

Connects through a published connection

FieldHub offers a developer interface and webhooks on its Enterprise plan, or as an add-on on Standard. If your plan includes it we connect that way; otherwise we use a limited user login.

Depends on your FieldHub plan.

Paper, Joyfill and other report files

Works from your exported reports and email

If your inspectors fill out paper forms or a forms app that produces finished report files, just forward or scan them to us. We read the deficiencies from the report itself.

Nothing to install.

QuickBooks Online

Connects through a published connection

QuickBooks Online has an official connection you approve from your QuickBooks login. We use it to see open invoices and payments so reminders stop when a customer pays. You can disconnect it anytime.

You approve from QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Desktop

Works from your exported reports and email

QuickBooks Desktop runs on your own computer, so a direct connection needs software installed there. By default we work from an open invoices or aging report you export and email on a regular schedule.

Regular report export.

Sage

Works from your exported reports and email

Sage is several different products. For most, we work from your exported aging and open invoice reports. Sage Intacct has a published connection we can use if you choose.

Depends on your Sage product.

Outlook and Gmail calendars

Connects through a published connection

Share one scheduling calendar with us from Outlook or Google Calendar. We book approved work into the open windows you set. Stop sharing and our access ends.

Only the calendar you share.

The Compliance Engine (BRYCER)

Works through a login you give us

Your reports to fire departments stay under your control. Many contractors already submit through the portal, or by emailing reports through Compliance Sync, and Inspect Point submits directly. If you want, we can watch submission status with a login you provide. We never file on your behalf without your instruction.

No direct connection claimed.

Based on each vendor's public documentation as of October 2026. We are not an official partner of any of these vendors. Your plan, settings and the vendor's approval can change what is possible, and we confirm it with you during onboarding.

Access levels, plainly

  • Exported reports and email: you forward finished reports and accounting exports. We see only what you send.
  • A login you give us: a separate named user with a limited role, created by you, that you can disable anytime.
  • A published connection: an official connection the vendor offers, approved by you, often with a key you can expire or delete.

You can revoke anytime

Delete our user, expire our key, disconnect the app or stop the email forwarding. No contract clause keeps our access open.

See it run on your own inspection reports.

Send us a few recent reports. We will show you the proposals we would draft, and you decide if it is worth it.
